男を騙して雇い主の強盗を助ける美女と、そんな彼女へ愛を誓った男の末路が綴られています

この曲はリズという1人の美女を中心に物語が展開します。この女性はタイトルにもある世界的絵画「モナ・リザ」と比較して描写され、その魅惑的な微笑で男をたらし込みます。実は彼女の裏には黒幕がおり、彼女の目的は黒幕の強盗を助けることでした。曲の前半はLil Wayneが黒幕視点で強盗の一部始終を綴っていますが、後半になると一人称が転換し、リズへの純愛を砕かれた男の悲哀をKendrickがリアルに表現していきます。
