金・女・力の全てを手にした栄華と、変わらず稼ぎ続けるギャングスタ像を派手に表現しています。
言わずと知れた50の最も有名な曲であり、特にイントロの”It’s your birthday”はすごく耳に残りますよね。最近では2022年のハーフタイムショーで隠しゲストとして、当時のMVそのままに逆さ吊りで登場しIn da Clubを披露しました。ちなみにこの曲は名アルバム”Get Rich or Die Tryin'”のリードシングルでしたが、それはDr.Dreの推薦でありEminemは同アルバムの”If I Can’t”を推していました。そこでどちらをリードシングルにするかコイントスをすることになり、In da Clubに決まったそうです。
